🟩 FROM BINNY

Happy Tuesday, neighbor.

Grab a coffee and settle in. This week Binny is sharing a Loudoun favorite, a moving lesson learned the hard way, and a fresh dose of Quacker Friends chaos.

🔥 BINNY’S HOT TAKE

Moving in June is basically a sport. The boxes are sweating. You are sweating. Even the tape won't stick. Binny has opinions about this and none of them involve cardboard.

🟩 LOCAL SPOTLIGHT

This week Binny recommends

🟩 Haraz Coffee House — Ashburn

If you love bold, flavorful coffee this place will ruin you for everything else. Haraz is a Yemeni coffee house with a selection that goes way beyond your standard latte — cardamom, husks, ginger, cinnamon, spices you didn't know you needed in your cup. Binny is personally obsessed with the Harazi Mufawar, coffee, cardamom, and cream, but the Maleki and the Adeni Karak Chai are just as dangerous.

Cozy spot, tons of seating, amazing pastries, and right now they're showing every World Cup match on the big screens inside and out on the patio. Wear your jersey. Bring friends. Get the cardamom coffee. You can thank Binny later.

🟩 BINNY’S BOX SHAME

This week's cardboard crime

A box labeled "FRAGILE" in four places that still collapsed under the weight of absolutely nothing. The dishes did not survive. Binny wept. Plastic bins exist for a reason, people.
